If you’re like me, Sundays this fall mean football…and by that, I mean looking super cute while pretending to watch the game. Thanks to L'Oréal Paris, I’m bringing you three totally different looks for the game, built around the hottest lip colors of the season. So make sure all eyes are on you (instead of the TV) and read on for 3 ways to do game day glam right.
Cute, yet casual. Layer a white button down under a cropped sweatshirt (preferably one with ruffles) for the perfect balance of polished and relaxed. Match your lip color to the sweatshirt to totally make the color pop. I’m wearing INFALLIBLE® Paints/Lip Liquid Lipstick and I’m SO obsessed with the color! Not only does it actually stay on, but the color is amazing on all skin tones. Add a few coats of mascara and pin your hair back on one side for the finishing touch.
Pick a sweater with girlie details, like ruffles or embellishments, in a bright color. Add a bronze shadow and a metallic highlight in the corners of your eye to make them pop. Try INFALLIBLE® Paints/Lips Matte Liquid Lipstick in a subtle, pale pink to make your lips look extra full. A matte lip has always been my absolute favorite. I love being able to go about my day and not worry that my lipstick will smudge (or come off on my cup). And finally a headband…embrace your inner Blair Waldorf!
Sometimes, I’m totally feeling that chic, sexy look. Layer a tight-fitting turtleneck under a bomber jacket for on-trend layers. Go heavy on the lashes with a black, liquid liner on the top lid. I’m usually not one to try a dark lip, but if you’re looking to add a bit of an edge to your look, INFALLIBLE® Paints/Lips Metallic Liquid Lipstick is a must-have. Plus, it makes your teeth look super white! Pro tip: outline your lips with the tip of the applicator first, then fill in.
Finally - if you're looking to (temporarily) rock a bold hue, you need Colorista 1-Day Spray in your tool kit. Just spray and go!
